Sheild bash is a strength based skill,
Str increases the amount of Damage done by the skill itself!
So my question is, does having low str affect the amount of times bash land?

The ability to land bash should only be affected by your melee combat ability, if I'm not mistaken.

Skill accuracy supposedly depends only on your skill ability. And not on str/dex/foc/vit.

If you're asking this question wondering if bash lands more with melee ability on proteus or similar bosses with high ME, forget it. No matter how high it is they won't land any more than what is atm for you. Gelebron is an exception (thank ***) coz of its low ME.
