They probably the 2nd tier clan on there world or a new upcoming clan but they are not the top pretty sure

I can conclude that Havoc is the secondary clan in Morrigan.

Look at leader boards they making a comeback

On a side note:
Leaderboards dont reflect a clans status as number 1 or 2. Just a willingness to alt rebirth borrow gear from ppl.
