Hi, I have been trying to PM Muldar for some assistance with an appeal case that I emailed the appeals team about a while ago but they never replied. My PMs are just staying in the outbox and not being sent. Anyways can you help me get my account enabled because it says "selling items for real money" but I never sold anything for profit on this game and I'm a 221 rogue on Epona. I sent the email from [email protected] to appeals there is more information regarding the account info there. If I could get some help it would be great thanks.

I am having the same issue! Two PM's to Muldar and both are sitting in my outbox.

Outbox means I have just yet to open them, once they go to the "Sent" folder they have been opened.

Will be going through PMs today.
