From what i understand bash is strength based does melee play a part in the hit rate % when bashing prot im lucky to land one let alone most of our warriors... will melee combat boosting gear increase my hit % if i switch to that gear come time on prot?? Gele i land 70% of the time main problem is proteus especially prime he heals if it doesnt hit on repairs and if he is raging this can really be a problem any input would be appreciated.

melee combat ability does absolutely nothing to increase bash hit % on Prot which has very high movement evasion, or the effect is very negligible. Having 20 levels over a boss mob is probably your best bet

yeah OTM pretty much intended Proteus to be hard to interrupt his heals and rotor blades and other skills.

10% hit rate thats not good at all that was my plan exactly what u did in your post different gear some more strength/melee gear boost both sacrifice vitality which sucks a basher that can hit wont hit too good dead but thought throwing 3 warriors in the tank group with the healers to catch natures breath while fighting and not having to run from the blades with this gear would help this is kind of a bummer cant always have the right amount of people for the kill before rage u hit 30% rage thats when repairs start and its a problem even runnin expose and loa.
