I need help please. My game keeps crashing. I deleted it & re-installed but keeps crashing. Help!

Hey flamesvic,

First and best suggestion is lowering your graphical settings and testing to see if this improves performance.

Thanks a lot muldar. It's a bit better. Can you help me out it crashes a lot at stonevale. It's not conducive at all. Please help

Can someone please help me. My game keeps crashing when I get to stonevale, I need help. Don't know if it's a bug, but it's not appealing because I can't continue my quest. Is there anything that can be done please

Try making sure you have no other applications running at all, not even in the background. Turn off any automatic updating that may be set and also try either power cycling your device before playing (turn off then back on) or clear the device cache (Hold power button until the 'slide to power off' message is seen then hold the Home button until you are returned to the device desktop).
