Lately I've been unable to log into my characters on lugh but I'm able to go on other worlds but still takes a lot of time

I'm on the screen and I sign in it says loading for 10 minutes then asks me to pick another world I tried every single one and the only one I can't get into is lugh please help.

Yeah, also asked for his character name (as many have different forum usernames from in game names) and his clan as these are not specified.

I'm just going to quote myself from a previous post:

If you are not going to add anything constructive or helpful to the thread related to this players issue please do not clutter the topic with unnecessary posts.

The character names are specialheal/Segway and there's 3 more but not important

Where did you go?

We are out of office on weekends and as such are unable to provide support assistance.

Back in today and should have fixed the issue, appears you had too many characters and too few character slots.

If you try signing in now you should be able to access all of your characters.
