Every time I click the support button in the game it takes me on an unending loop of register your email. At this point I have done that over 30 times to no avail. I am registered which is proven by the fact that Apple Pay works just fine to buy chests but when I have a problem with them there is no help.

The current issue is I used two crates of restoration potions I won when I bought a 10 pack of event chests and they said 50 restoration potions each but added zero to my total!

I spent the money on a ten pack of chests and can't use what I won in them. Please make this right.

Hey Vlad,

Please check all folders in your inbox as it may be the activation link has been sent to your junk folder.

The 50 resto potions are usually in a mini chest so check your inventory as you will have to unpack that prior to receiving the potions.

If you create 5 posts within the thread then Pm me the following details I can manually attach your email to your account:

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
