Also, Ive discovered that if I first connect using WiFi (which works for me), and then log out to the menu, if I immediately switch to 4G LTE I am able to re-connect and play using LTE with no issues.
However, if I close the game and re-open, I cannot connect using LTE. The original issue returns.

So the issue appears to involve the initial network connection to the servers; maybe some kindof validation that some devices are stalling on.

Yeah, I believe it is something in the initialisation of the application. Only appearing to happen with specific network setups currently.

The info given has certainly helped narrow down the scope for our search :)

Any update on this issue? I still can't log in outside my house Wifi.
Programming Team are currently working on this issue, when I have further information I will let everyone know.

Muldar I had the same exact problem before yet I was told it was a phone issue rather than a game issue. Seeeee it's not my phone others have the same problem! Here's some things I've done to fix my problem I had, maybe it'll work for u:
- redownload app
-restart phone
-turn data off and back on
-clear ch game data from iCloud storage and download again (this seemed to have worked for a bit for me, but not permanently it seems)

-most importantly, git gud

I try to log on and say wrong password/ username. I know username is correct. I loss ability to log on 2 days ago.
I have written support no reply yet.
My concern is I may not be getting emails from support. I have check spam box also.
I have tried the forgot password process five times, each time it says password mailed to my email, yet no email appears. I tried typing in a upper case email address and got a error message. This tells me that my user name and email are recognized, but for some reason I am not receiving a new password.

I am at a lose what to do, have sent all detail regarding account info to support. Any advise?

When we assist with technical issues we have to ask the most basic questions to ensure we do not go through 1000 support steps only for it to be fixed with a device reset.

I in no way meant to suggest you did not have a problem, at the time you alone had a specific problem with the Lancers of Lir build hence why I said "It sounds like it might be a device / provider issue" rather than an issue with the build.

In this recent hotfix update changes were made which could have affected network connectivity hence why we are now focused on resolving this issue.
