Appeals Hasn't Replied To My Case Since June 2016

Hi, I currently have 2 appeals cases out, one for my Arawn character and another for my Epona character. The Arawn one has not been replied to and I began that case in June 2016... last response from appeals was on June 16 2016 and then nothing after that. So you can try and tell me that your handling the "weekend rush" but i don't think that will cut it this time. That case was requested from the email [email protected] if anyone wants to help..... The Epona case I sent appeals a message for in December and still did not receive an initial response to. I think the holidays are over, you can get back to work now :/ this one was for a 221 rogue on epona from the email [email protected]. I don't mean to complain... but i do, because this is outrageously **** customer service O.o Sorry i love this game but I would love it even more if I could get back to playing it :O. Anyways hope somebody can get back to me, Thanks. Also i pmed Morgana last week and he hasn't even opened it, guess thats also a dead end....*sigh*

Usually if they stopped responding it basically means your account is disabled permanently.
If that's the case then that is SUPER disrespectful on their part that they don't even have the decency to let me know. And I just continue to check my inbox daily for nothing. Does OTM find that funny or okay? And if that was their intention then why would they follow up with other questions, which I cooperated and replied to. So no Aileron I think that's bs and not an appropriate response from them. But thanks for your input.
