He could have easily wrote down every item in your inventory and guesstimate your accounts creation and steal your account with support. That's where this 'visual' bug is a bs and needs to be fixed. No excuses for it, every update there's bugs that go on for months before being recognized or touched or even acknowledged.That clan chat glitch was bad lol, remember that one? Where people could see other people's clan chat? Yikes!
I think the worst bug was when a level 130 whispered me and said! "Omg blue I'm you right now, your inventory is mine!" He named obscure items and exact numbers of lix so I knew he wasn't lying. The "visual glitch" went away when he went to the castle from the ow but geeze that felt like such a violation.

• Account creation date (estimate)
• Email addresses
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
We also monitor recent chat on any accounts going through the Appeals or Support procedure.

#15This happened to me while I was wearing nothing but dl and I got to see what a female toon looks like in full dl for the first time in ages 
Not the best glitch but it was pretty cool. My favorite glitch of all time was the one where you could get inside the mini pool near the tavern, had so many secret gatherings there back in my nub days otm even acknowledged it and placed a present spawn in there lol. This was back in 2013 I believe
