I have already sent a support ticket a few months back, maybe 2-3 months ago, but I have not received any reply and I thought that I might as well post it here also since it is more active. Here's the issue. I stopped playing like a year or so ago due to some "fixes" that were supposed to make the game more stable, but they made it unplayable, crashes and lags all over the place. 2-3 months ago, I decided to come by and talk to some of my friends and/or give items to people that lent me them (even tho i was unable to leave the castle, else I crash...lol ). When looking over what has been added to the game, such as interface updates, inventory changes like the search bar,etc. I noticed that I was missing an item: The Godly hrungrir ring: 100 magic damage one. I have looked over my ALT accounts, nothing in the bank, nothing in the mailboxes as well as the inventories. Is there anything that can be done? I do not know WHEN or HOW it has disappeared, nobody has access to my accounts.

Ive planned on getting a new device soon and thus coming back slowly to the game, but I need my gear.

Yes! Is there a way to know to which character it has been mailed to ? It is not on any of my toons...

It's nice to see Muldar help out players out like this.

A couple of years ago, a kid in my clan quit the game after he lost his items in the mail, and OTM support refused to tell him where the stuff went to, because they said "Mailing items is your responsibility". He wasn't even asking for the items back, just wanted to know what happened and where they went.

AgentBond is one of my toons. At the time of writing this message, im logging into the toon to verify, maybe i was just blind ?

After looking on the account, bank and mailbox... the ring is not there !The only 2 pieces of jewellery on this account are a light heal ring and a 15 slashing necklace for lvl 130. Perhaps mailed somewhere else, are you able to track it ?

It could have been mailed to an account I have forgotten details to but the name might help me remember.

It would appear the mail was returned and expired due to inactivity.

I have adjusted the expiry date on the server, if you visit the mailbox on Invisible it should now be there.

Looks to be, sent from Invisible to AgentBond, AgentBond never opened it, item returned and expired on Invisible.

Should reappear now but due to its date if you have a large amount of mails it may be deeper in the history.

Mail box is empty since they all expired haha, hopefully when ill log in tonight it wont be too far!. Thanks for the help.
