Celtic Heroes

Hey,
I was wondering if it is possible to recieve some of my long lost items that i had sent to a bank account. i haven't been able to recieve these items due to me not collecting them within 30 days (i think its 30days), making the non-collected mail expire. So my point is how could i recieve the lost items?
Any help is most appreciated!

Did you check the character that originally sent the mail?

I checked both Characters' inboxs throughly, nothing there.

We will require the names of the characters involved, world server and date mails were sent.
