I highly doubt that OTM would purposely put a Swastika in game... even one of the Celtic symbols looks similar to that of a Swastika, do a quick Google search.

Leave it in the game. It's part of Celtic culture long before it was a symbol of hatred and if it is removed it would be given more power as a hate symbol.
