Hey Heroes,

Programming have just tracked down the issue, appears to be with only certain characters (Possibly legacy characters).

Characters with certain size values will only have their changes applied after adjusting their height, else the system throws an error message.

This will not affect every character but we are seeing what can be done in regards to a fix.

Seems the majority of the characters we identified were older ones but there appear to be a few outliers (Possibly from changes to character creation previously)

I am sad to hear this...Is there any way to fix this error? I am fond of my "legacy" size and not willing to change that, but would be interested in purchasing a new hair style or colour.

I'm wondering if I change my size to be able to change other features....will I be bigger than originally created toon???? I like being small and don't want to be any taller.

OTM should've given everyone a couple of free barbershop coupons since y'all chose our faces for us during the Destiny upgrade. Now you're making us pay to change it.

I'm also one of those affected by the Legacy char height bug, now I gotta pay extra to fix it. I know it's only 10p, but that's not right in principle, especially when you consider that many players have multiple toons.

The shortest size today is taller than the shortest size before the Destiny update. So if you change your size, you can never revert back to the original height.
