I agree the lag is beyond frustrating, but when u take into account many of us that have had no reply or assistance from support it makes us begin to think the game is not worth our time or money. Problems happen, but OTM has a reputation among many of us to offer no response to messages. Per the last announcement, I thought the lags were fixed when I logged today. I also wasted lix, but know from my past requests, that nothing will be done if I send tickets. I lost my weapons from my inventory months ago and sent 4 support tickets and even a pm to Muldar. All got me nothing, so I can only expect the same thing from OTM this time.
I am pretty certain I have replied to all PMs, I can't seem to find your PM in the database.

Can you refresh me on the issue?

Muldar, I just looked. I emailed you and did not pm. I wasn't able to pm at the time, because I had just joined the forum. In Aug 2016 I used all my gold to purchase a new lvl 140 weapon and new offy. The next day, my weapon and skills all disappeared from my toon. I relogged and my skills were back, but my weapon was gone. I sent 3 tickets for lost items and did not receive any response. Finally 2 weeks later, I sent another ticket and got a one line response that said we have no record of you having a weapon. I then posted help msg on forum and sent u an email asking for help. After receiving no help, I finally farmed for gold using an old drop weapon and a fairyland axe(until it burned up) to buy a replacement lvl 140 bone hammer. (Incedentally, I had 2 other ppl tell me they had items disappear from their inventory at the same time), they quit game after also receiving no in game response. I will pm you with my toon name and details.

Well once again lags starts up in the middle of a boss(gelebron) which caused people to get logged skills not to work and full heal on gelebron!!! This is really frustrating when it takes that many to gather and the game not us *** it up. We tried to let it go and say the lag will go away....well it did for about 4 mins then back again. So between resets and waiting for lags to stop. I went through 6 full sets of lixes on 2 toons. So that's about 120k worth of lixes.. Yeah not that much but really starts to add up. What do we need to do to get this fixed and or reimbursed?? Set up a Celtic heroes strike?

Apart from the frustration of the lag, and items disappearing in mail and trades (still haven't seen my 53 pet token I tried to put in my bank when the game glitches and they disappeared)... the most frustrating thing is the lack of response. Muldar came onto fingal and spent about 10 min in castle to check reports of lag, I recognize that and appreciate it, and sorry you got spammed with everyone's personal issues while u were checking server... but it shows people's personal issues aren't being managed. People in my clan spend thousands of dollars in the game, and now people are afraid to mail items, and afraid to stash stuff in bank, cause it all goes missing. I understand that one person missing a pair of highlander boots is bull, but I know people who are missing 500+ lix, full ard sets, and to me 53 pet tokens is a lot. So yea... fix the lag, but people are demanding platinum refunds and threatening to boycott the game cause of the glitches and lost items associated with the lag

Amen Etha. we wouldn't have to "accuse" them how they call it. I'm just pointing out facts. and yes I'm getting irritated and yes I'm pointing fingers what would you do if your getting ignored completely. I get a foul mouth when beeing ignore over multiple tickets no single reply. and you tell me not to accuse and use foul langue lmfao.

When custermers get ignored that is when they start acting up. for once own up to your faults.

As for OTM, though the op can't say things in a respectful manner, some of their thoughts are for the most part true. A game that has been around for 5 years shouldn't have issues like this. I would expect that a company would have learned how to manage their game, for how long this game has been going and the lack of listening to player feedback, it's almost sad. Now I'm not gonna ask for a reimbursement or free anything, even though free stuff is always awesome, but simply to realize that this game has major problems and you guys need to start paying closer attention to player feedback that is always being supported.
Personally, I think OTM does a great job of listening and responding to player feedback! Much better than some other games I've played (OaC is one example).
The server issues are probably with the service provider, and I suspect OTM is just as disappointed with the provider as the affected players are with OTM.
I expect OTM is considering options for changing their service provider, and if so, that's something that takes a lot of planning.
Comparisons should not be by looking down at trash games, look at VainGlory for example, finds a fixing to your problem in less than 30 mins

This **** is really getting old! The smokescreen responses really piss me off! Take responsibility, fix the Damn problem and reimburse players for items wasted. It's really a simple concept that most other games follow. Never have I seen so many BS responses trying to push blame on everything and everyone other than themselves! Get your **** together before you lose all your loyal $$$ spending followers! I really donot need a response about respect and me not being helpful blah blah blah like I've seen on others posts. Just fix the issue. Thank you

My little brother has the same problem I think. We came back after a while of playing and he can't log back in. It's either that or he really did forget his username/password. (he didn't apply an email because he procrastinated too much)

While I understand you are frustrated regarding this issue your posts are now just attacks towards OTM and actually preventing us from receiving feedback from players.

We are working on this issue. It is currently our number one priority for the Programming Team.

This is not a simple fix, server architecture for a MMO is very complex but I can assure you it is being dealt with.

Once I have further information I will let everyone know.

Thank you Muldar! It really gets annoying with this constant bashing of OTM for problems they say are their current priority. If the servers aren't working correctly why are you lixing? Take a break and go hang out with friends and or family. You aren't required to play CH after all.
