Muldar, I am not authorized yet to PM you, but I have the same problem. I am Kristian69 on Donn. I have sent my request onto the support option, and I have not been messaged back. No progress notifications other than the "Send these details" which was about a 3 days ago. I sent the details quickly after and described the Characters at most I could remember. I provided plenty of evidence. What I am worried about most is that there are people with the same problem and they never got a reply back in years. I sent it from my Character Frozen Flames on Donn. I am very worried since there is no confirmation of progress or messages, which is why I registered here. I am hoping that somehow posting this would help ensure I get back my old acc back.
