The Programming Team are currently working on the issue.

We have all members of Programming working on this as it is our top priority.

When we have further information we will inform players and implement a fix asap.

We understand players frustrations and want to get the issue sorted as soon as we can.

Imo, lags got really bad when ah came out and I know you say ah isn't the problem but light problems before update and big problems after. Would it not make sense to revert back to the working update while you guys work on the current update? Then release a better beta with extensive testing... Maybe request a big client base for beta to make sure all goes smoothly? Just an idea

I honestly think that a lot of players get irritated primarily off of Muldar's calm reply, since he doesn't curse or directly insult players, his calm manner seems to set people off as if he's like it's okay we will get to it when we will get to it. Even though I highly doubt that is the case.

Muldar, have OTM honestly thought about shutting down servers for like a week and just putting everything into fixing the servers? It seems a lot of players are suggesting it, so it would be hypocritical if they were to get mad about servers being manually shut down for a week. I'm not a programmer so I can't say I know what would make things easier, but maybe forcing us all to take a break, intentionally, would be good for us to cool our jets.

I can reassure you this is not a "we will get to it when we will get to it." situation. Currently our Programming Team are working on the issue and tracking down the cause. This has become the number one task for the studio.

Shutting down the servers would have a massive negative impact to the game.
For a start we can work on the issue without disrupting the servers. Secondly we don't want to prevent people from playing Celtic Heroes, many are playing perfectly fine without issue and to remove them from the game would have a massive negative effect.

We want people playing Celtic Heroes without interruption and without problems. This is why we are focused on resolving this issue.

Negative effect? You really don't think people would understand a planned shutdown to fix problems? Pretty sure all would be fine with coming back to a working server. The only negative effect I see here is it puts a hault to you guys making money because there are still players buying plat mostly noobs because they don't know any different then they will get screwed up lixes and be upset players like the rest

There are issues with lag missing items and wasted resources! especially on big raids which make them impossible, time of day seems to have a bit of an issue also so you may have just got lucky

Oh I see. I had items miss from my inventory too. My best suggestion is to send in game ticket with exact items name and if indeed missing it will be added by a support team.

I haven't had any issues either tbh, have had only one crash, but I had already planned on getting off for the night so it didnt bother me.
