Hello, I downloaded this game and my girlfriend has been playing for several months. I wiped and restored the ipad and gave it to her, and she signed up for a itunes account and we downloaded the game to her "new" ipad. However, when we try to login in the the MightyZoltan account and the password, we are continually rejected. It made it to the world select screen once, now I canno even login to try to attempt anything. The account name is MightyZoltan and her character is Saracules. Can you somehow give her character its own login/password combo? She is flipping out right now because she cant get her fix.

If I understand correctly you try to log in the same account on two devices? If so this is not possible.
Otherwise you could try to reset your password on your old device and login on the new device with the new password.

Its the same device, as i mentioned inmy post. It has been restored by iTunes to factory and now linked to her apple id and not mine.

Yes I did. It tells me that I need to link an email address. Then it tells me to log in, in order to link the email address. Then it repeatedly rejects my logins.

Maybe I should apply for one of the jobs helping the community, because I think I can do a better job than what is happening here...I mean the only guy who even bothered to reply to me is an animator, he/she shouldnt be wasting their time worrying about account issues.

I think your issue might be that the username you provided is not the one that is associated with that character.

I have sent a PM with the username associated with the Saracules character.
