Hello everyone, my name is dice. I'm the commissioner for the new dice franchise that will be coming to your server before long. This will be a clan called " DICE " on every server. What's the purpose for this you ask?
Well alone from being epically awesome, it actually does serve a purpose.
The more people that have " dice " above their heads while running around the better. This will serve as a form of advertising for the game dice.
The game dice is about to take Celtic heroes by storm.
It's the best and easiest way to make the fastest money possible in the game.
I am making about 100k per hour doing this.
The hardest part is getting people to dice you. So make sure you fully explain the rules and how to play before taking someones bet. This way you don't piss them off when they lose. And despite your beliefs it will actually be better for you in the long run if your losing in the begining because people want to win and the more they win the more they will be addicted to playing against you.
If you would like to be chieftain of DICE on your server please send me a message.
If you know who " winallday " is from runescape then please please message me because your help is majorly needed.
Re: Dicing guide!
#22Have to agree, what a massive scam, 60% chance of losing as I need to roll a 61+thats such a cheat.... What person would want a 40% chance of winning while the host gets a 60% chance? Like the one guy said do highest roll wins or do 50/50.
It would have to be 50/50 for anyone not stupid to play.
I also think that your wording of the rules is completely trying to trick people, correct me if I'm wrong,
I stake 10k gold against infinity, infinity takes the bet. I roll a dice and get lower than said number, no harm, I lose. Now the interesting part.......... When I rolled the dice, I got a 75, yay I say, I win double my money, that is 20k PLUS my 10k! But oh no, what's this happening, I'm only being given 10k win and 10k stake. Hmmmm, I think, that's wrongful advertising, then I never play again as I think I am being scammed.
And you are paying that because you are trusted? How does anyone know the host is trusted? A scammer could just keep making alts and basically steal money while people are thinking he is legit.
Pass your money, high dice wins, then hope it is given back? I think not, what happens if the winnings are not paid back? Are you going to personally foot the bill infinity? They will be working under your franchise after all!
I must say that I will not ever be coming to play this game, unless the rules are made 50:50 and winnings are cleared up.
Btw, I would not trust the host of this game to hold my money and not run away with it as most of the time you will get scammed and there is nothing OTM can do as it was freely traded money.

Re: Dicing guide!
#23And that Donko, is why there's being a clan made around it. When the game becomes popular, DICE will be the go-to hosts for dicing. All members of DICE will have had an entry fee as insurance. If they are caught scamming, they are immediately kicked and their entry fee is used to compensate the scammed person. In this way, people will know that they can dice with a DICE member as their host. The 60-40 or 55-45 is kind of a safeguard also. Why would someone scam, if there was a higher probability they could make the money anyway, and then be able to keep doing it. Basically, you get a 45% chance of winning, and a 100% chance of avoiding being scammed if you play a member of DICE.
Also, hosts can be used to mediate dice duels. Both players give x amount of gold to the host, the host rolls and the magic number is 50 instead of 55 or 60, and the host then gives the total pot to the player who wins, except the host gets to keep 10%. I personally suspect these "Dicing Duels" will become more popular, as the rules seem more agreeable to the player. And if people weren't willing to spend money when it gives them even a tiny chance to win a lot, then the lottery wouldn't exist

As the dice franchise commissioner I would like to clear up a few of your issues.
First off I love the fact that you pointed out that people could just make level 1s and try and host dice games and scam people. This is why the franchise was created. It was created so that the name " DICE " is a trusted clan name.
Mrtuba said that Dice members are to be trusted dicer hosts. But this is incorrect. The only trusted hosts will be the generals within the dice clan.
For right now since we are just starting the franchise hosts need to be hand picked and must be super trusted.
Later on when the franchise is running smoothly we will be charging a high price for a General clan title.
It will probably start at 100k for rank ( general )
One day I hope to have the cost for a general 1 mill cash
( people will pay this once the dice clan is set and going steady because you can make 100k+ an hour being a dice host )
How does everyone else know they are a host.
Well because they will be shouting out: " Hosting dice 55x2 " and they will have a clan title above their heads.
Before you start dicing against a host, I suggest you ask them to show you their cash stack. If its below 20k then I wouldn't dice against that person.
To clear up your " win double your money "
No I wouldn't not pay out 20k and then another 10k for an original 10k bet.
If you bet 10k and I roll 55 I will re roll
If it rolls 54 or less then I keep the money
If it rolls 56 or higher then I pay out 20k to you
When this becomes big, everyone and there dog will be standing around shouting " hosting dice- 55x2 " and people will try them and then get scammed.. So that's why a trusted name needs to be created.
If you look up- winallday dicing on YouTube then you will see what I'm talking about.
Re: Dicing guide!
#25Oh yeah, DICE, I forgot to tell you this, but there's a reason I posted what I did in my last post. People outside the clan would have no way of knowing who is a general in this clan. A level 30 or so person could get in the clan, claim they were a general, and then scam. So what I plan to do eventually when the game has become popular is have the clan composed entirely of trusted hosts, to remove that possible scamming factor from it

#27In the loading screen it says not to gamble
Thank god they are only tips and suggestions
This would suck if they really didn't allow us to dice each other...that would mean the loss of millions for me and my friends

Completely understand what your saying... However it's best if we keep the structure as is.
I'll explain why.
This game is so small that every server usually has its group of players.. Yes some come and go but there's maybe 50-200 per server that play all the time and everyone knows them within your server.
Now I understand that a lvl 30 could claim to be a general, but the cool thing about us having our structure like it is, is that we will grow so large we will have about 10k people when it's all said and done.. Possibly more...so this means that if someone ever tried it they would have to do it in an area with no other clan members. Otherwise people will tell on them.. We will have like 20-50 clan members in every area at all times once we reach our goal.
We will hopefully have about 20 generals by then and will be able to keep the clan and areas moderated rather easily.
Re: Dicing guide!
#29This dice game has to be one of the most ludicrous things I've ever heard of and if it becomes as wildly popular as some of you claim it will then good for you being able to find desperate or stupid people. I for one am not looking forward to hearing your spam about gambling in the shout. All you're going to do is piss of the people that get their money taken. More than likely, somebody dumb enough to gamble on this game doesn't have much gold to spend to begin with... and once they run out this little fad will be over with. I'm hoping it never gets off the ground to begin with. Good luck on your quest to pillage the servers and rape the economies of them.

Go play runescape.... And you will see what I'm trying to do.
People who dice have the opportunity to make tons and tons of cash.
If they lose all their money then they can buy more with plat or stop dicing
