I have couple things to complain about and I hope you take me seriously this time Cz I'm fed up!
If I invest my time and money in game I expect fast solutions and serious investigations.. First of all. Game is lagging so bad all the time, disconnecting all the time, lots of bugs and everytime you fix one thing, 10 more problems appear, which makes the game worst everytime!
Lots of people I know are quitting after spending lots of money and time on game they simply gave up on you OTM for finding a solution to them after they lost their accounts or stuff.. Want examples?
One of my clannies lost his gold account , he had more than 50 millions gold in it,each 500k gold cost 100 dollars so do the math to know how much it's worth in real money, he mailed you like 5 times and waited more than a month for a reply from you and all what you said was that you couldn't trace the account and it doesn't exist like seriously ?
Another clannie lost all the stuff he had in bank after game reset, all the time farming and spending money on game , everything lost with a silly reset that made game worse..
If the issue is about OTM losing money like the mount glitch you woulda fixed it in 10 minutes, so why don't you take players loss seriously and act fast Cz people are getting really sick of waiting and waiting for nothing but an email with no solution,

How does 500k = $100? $100 can get you 2 mil+

But hey maybe if you quit, Vikings won't have to listen to you follow them around and make fun of them and insult them while they're learning how to organize themselves to take down necro and proteus.

Are the servers unreliable lately? Yes. And while maybe it seems like they're not moving fast enough because you spend all of your waking free time in game, they can't snap their fingers and it's suddenly fixed.

You would have to be a complete idiot to spend $100 on 500k

Well and in donn chests are selling for 25-30k each and combos 13-15k so that $100 could even get you 3 mil

First I'm not talking about me, I said a "clannie"lost his gold account, and I'm trying to tell OTM how much they are worth for real money, since you can buy money for plats, and let's say he bought chests and sold em that's still a big loss so the point is not how much 500k are worth in real money, it's about all the other things I mentioned so if u just gonna focus on the money part please don't bother yourself and comment, thanks!

The game is so damn boring now it's sad. Does OTM even care? Obviously not. There is absolutely nothing for +220 players to do, and those players built this game. On top of that, not giving any help or solutions to people who have lost their banks, etc. is an absolute disgrace. OTM needs to start listening to its players right now, or the game is done.

Fix servers
Give people back their lost banks/accounts due to server resets, etc.
Keep your most loyal and high level players interested by giving new bosses, jewels, and events.

Those of us that have been 215+ have been saying that for awhile. One of the issues is OTM has spent all their time concentrating on events that they haven't had time to do horizontal content. So their horizontal content is having to start from scratch. OTM is making a lot of changes based on requests but if you haven't been playing very long (a year or under) then it's hard to see all the changes they've made. Players wanted shortened spawn times, that happened. Players wanted auction house, that happened. Players wanted fishing, that happened. Crafting is coming and hopefully it'll be done right so it'll give players something to do.

I'm willing to bet though that players will still complain about OTM not doing things player request.

Actually players playing since the beginning days built up this game and not the current endgamers that started playing a year or two ago. Otm has been listening to players since the way beginning in fact, and otm listens better than any other game company I've seen (maybe tied with DICE, they do a good job too lol). Does otm care? Ofc they do, you're just to careless to realize it. Lol, high levels are most certainly not the most loyal, the most loyal are the ones that have been with otm for years now and always have faith in them, players the complete opposite of you and everyone else that likes to make "OTM is doomed" threads/comments
