So support can mute my character till may second when I'm a plat buyer I did nothing wrong and was in the right but they can't fix servers or punish the actual person who messed up my life and my brothers were threatened in game and so was our families life's the guy said he was a huge Australian man and worked for NASA and that he and his gang would come to our house and kill us all and make us watch as he r**** our family and slit their throats then he'd kill us too and he'd stomp us out and bash our brains in where everyone could see and leave us there to die I know this is really vulgar and descriptive but I'm proving my point if I don't get unmuted soon don't expect me to buy plat again when I could just be banned for no reason apparently when I'm innocent by otm but thanks for the mute guys its great to lose boss cuz ucant call clan

Yeah well instead otm decided to mute my character and leave his be like dude so the policy is to not investigate and risk punishing the innocent?
