Still my account

Sent an email to support about my account. At first got denied then I resent wirh corrected info and summarised it clearly for them. After this they tell me my account doesn't even exist so I send pics of proof and no reply since. OTM need to get a grip with there support as it's £1800 on the line for me

Where were you told the account did not exist? I had a look through the inbox but could not find that specific email?

Were you contacting from an alternate email address?

Regardless, the issue will only be resolved via email, while Support do occasionally check the forum they will only process your request by Support Inbox.

I would also highly advise against comments such as "Don't worry I will make it very clear for you as I know you struggle." while you may be frustrated regarding the situation insulting the Support Team will not improve it.
