I have a problem with the mail . I lost access to it , how can l change my mail to another ? I have access to my account and all the necessary data . Help me please. I sent letters of support, but no one answered((

If you submit an in-game Support Ticket with your current email and the email address you would like it updated to the Support Team can manually change it for you.

Could you provide me with your character name and world and I can check the status of your ticket.
