To my knowledge this isn't a PM issue. In future, when it involves the entire community, could we get a reply on the thread instead?
I prefer to let threads develop naturally prior to an admin post as they can deviate into off topic discussions, such as this one.
And let the community think you don't care? Such as this one.

And then threads end up being locked without an admin response because they deviate to off topic discussions. Doesn't make sense.

While I appreciate the critique maybe the both of you could resolve to stay on topic or in future PM your reviews of my posts to me directly as to not disrupt the thread.

Thanks

Going back to the OP: While adding a new leystone closer to Snorri and Mordris would be nice, it doesn't address the fact that these are two of the most heavily contested bosses in the game. Making clans get there faster will change the current game dynamic. Clans that don't prepare for a respawn are disadvantaged, and very well should be. Perhaps when Snorri and Mordris are no longer camped, then that's the time a new leystone should be added.

I don't doubt many want a leystone at more convenient locations. Running to somewhere gets pretty repetitive and boring.
The primary issue is that players shouldn't have to run to Snorri and Mordris 50,000 times in their lifetime.
Fix the game so players don't have to do this. Let them move on from lower level zones.

I have played many MMOs that only has one portal in each zone and you have to run everywhere to get somewhere. But it's not such a problem because once they outgrow the zone, they don't have to do it so many times.

Y'all also have to think about the repercussion of adding leystones close to heavily contested bosses. Some times, making things easy is not the right move. Fix the real issue, rather than a band aid fix like this.

I think it's much simpler than this. I understand the point about Snorri and Mord, but i think adding a leystone where requested would put it more in line with travel times to some other bosses.
Not to mention it would make travelling to these bosses more enjoyable. ;)

Current travel times on an +80% mount:
  • Sreng: 1 min, 50 sec
    Snorri: 2 min, 35 sec
    Mord: 2 min, 55 sec
Travel times from suggested ley stone location:
  • Sreng: 52 sec :P
    Snorri: 47 sec :D
Mord: 1 min, 10 sec
I haven't checked travel time to Gelebron as an example, but I'm sure it's not far off these times.

Also, this Carrowmore area is a bit unique in that there are 3 popular bosses in the area, fairly evenly spaced out.
I think travel time of around a minute to each is reasonable, and much better than spending 2-3 mins in the saddle. :?
