Fingal server down yet again.

Otm can y'all fix your servers please yet a again at gelbron skills get stuck and we get kicked off the server and can't log on anymore. Wasted lixes yet again. And before anyone says don't start your own fault. Server wasn't lagging till we started second round on xtrals. clearly the servers can't handle it. Fix it we paid enough for our stuff to play without this mess.

Why don't you take a tiny bit of all that money you collected and upgrade the servers from compete pieces of crap to at least a competent level. 40+ toons in arcane crashes it every time. You all just a bunch of cheap money grubbers that have collected your money and won't reinvest in your product. No one wants to hear your excuses, you don't care and don't fix it. It's a money thing, either upgrade or stop jerking us off.

don't be dicks otm is to busy counting our money smh they have better things to do the fix they're server. 1 weekend of 10min spawn all bosses would be a good *** up reimbursement. but probably we are getting 3 freaking combos or nothing like always.

Any game tycoon please buy otm because there service sucks and engineering omg just read the forums total and utterly crap.

Here is a video I wish OTM would watch of how bad their server is today. This all started with the implementation of the auction house. Nothing but horrible gaming since. Take your heads put of your rectum, stop asking what device I'm on, it's everyone on your miserable servers. 1 day of beta and months of misery. I'm glad your revenue is down, you earned it with your decision making over the last 6+ months. Get back what made you successful or pack up your offices (which I have a hunch you already have).

So I am just going to make a large sweeping post addressing some of the posts within the thread and issues raised within the video.

1. "Why do OTM ask for device specs?"

Because it matters. We have to distinguish if an issue is client or server based. Regardless of you saying "It is everyone OTM, how can you be so stupid?"
Were people in other areas lagging? Who specifically go booted out and when? Do you have recordings of lagging in other areas?
As is displayed in the video you appear to be running multiple background tasks which will eat a large amount of ram and are playing on minimum specs. Are you on minimum specs normally and you are adding extra load or have you lowered them in an attempt to fix the issue?

2. Login issue.

A platform wide server fix was deployed to resolve these issues with initial indication that is was a successful fix. If you are still suffering these issue recording or providing details as to who the issue occurred to would be useful.

3. Random other points.

Did you lower graphics settings after experiencing lag? Or were these on prior? The settings you have enabled do reduce animations and can give the appearance of lag. Hence why we ask for device specs.

While we understand your frustration in future a constructive and helpful solution would be to create a video clearly displaying the issue and how it occurs.
If there are specific timespots within the video posted you believe clearly display the issue feel free to comment them bellow.

If any other Gelebron capable clans would like to provide their feedback please do so, any further information would be helpful.

Yea atm it's just happening in fingal, other servers are all fine, background apps does not mean anything when more than 40 devices at once suffering and complaining, it if was my problem only I was not even gonna post or report about it, but it's not just me who is having that problem, and till today we are having that issue while killing mobs and mainly when killing bosses, all skills get delayed and autos won't appear so it's not a device problem
Not to dismiss your concern but this thread only has 4 separate people reporting the issue, not the reported 40 and all were I imagine, present at the Arcane Sanctum.

We have yet to receive any reports from other players suffering lag issues in other areas during the specified time period and many other worlds are killing Gelebron without issue.

Hence why we have to ask for device specs and further information, just as we do on many other bug posts. We are not writing the issue off as device related, we simply have to ask for further details so we can assist.

Would you be able to provide me with your device make and model and the same for any players disconnected during the boss fight? It may be those devices are receiving incorrect model specs.

Do you have any further video evidence of the issue? Do you have a list of those who logged out during the battle so we can look for irregularities on the server log?

Are there any specific moments during the video posted that display the issue?
