Didn't get Platinum...

This is directed at whoever takes care of glitches/bugs.

I purchased 24000 platinum during the double platinum event and didn't receive 8000 of it. I contacted apple support as well as sent in 2 mail reports from my toon to CH support. I have yet to hear back from Celtic heroes and iTunes says this is a developer problem. Please either issue me a credit in full or put the plat onto my toon - contact me first please. I can provide proof from my iTunes account and credit apple that I was charged if needed. It is getting frustrating that no one from CH has contacted me with an apology yet or tried to resolve the issue.

Still waiting for someone to contact me. I have now put in 3 support tickets - it has been long enough of a wait to hear something back. Please contact me, I have all the receipts to prove the purchases.

Sorry that you are experiencing problems.

So that we can investigate this further please contact our Support Team at [email protected] with the iTunes receipt and any steps/errors that occurred during purchase so that help can be provided.

Lastly, when sending the receipt, please include the following:
- Username
- Character, level and world that the Platinum was purchased on

Once we have the above, we will be able to investigate the matter and take the relevant action to assist you.

Platinum issues are directly handled by Support Lead Morgana who has unfortunately had to take a few days of absence.

Thank you Muldar, I really appreciate your help in this. It is just frustrating when I get no response at all in an email. Even a follow up response with someone saying that it is under review would have kept me from posting yet again.... Again, very much appreciated.
