So I've had some account issues and I've messaged support on everything I can and still haven't gotten a reply and it's keeping me from playing so I haven't been able to play for awhile and I just wanna know how I'll be able to get in contact with them

You will be required to send the Support Team account information before they can assist.
If you can resend your email with the following attached:
• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
They will be able to help you with your password issue.
