If you can provide evidence of the fraudulent transaction, I'm sure actions can, and will be taken.
But unless you can provide said evidence, I feel it is unlikely any action will be taken, as the trade was authorized, regardless of it being an accident.

Scrambles has said everything that needs to be said here. If it makes you feel any better, I've been scammed many times in the past on a variety of MMOs - and not once was I refunded. Thats where your determination comes in, and you just need to keep pushing to get it back. Yeah, it sucks. However those screenshots might at least get the guy banned if it can be traced and such... But don't place it on the admin, because if the dev team was responsible for catering to our mistakes then they might as well just give up. They're doing a great job, but they're busy with what they've got in front of them - the update. Post those screenshots if you please but don't expect your money back. :|

actually i do expect my money back. the dev team has always helped me in past time and im sure this time will be no diffrent im not letting 50,000 gold just go to waste and in other mmos im sure u dont get 3 gold per kill so it isint as frustrating (-_-)
