Yesterday arawn got its first ever moon helm! A shadow! Gz unit on their 4th ever mordy kill and an amazing drop. While resurgence was killing gelebron mordy spawned lol. We left gelebron raid and rushed to mordy but were ultimately too late. Tbh i cant help but laugh at this. In their 4 kills they have a void spear, a shadow sea helm, a godly brace and now a shadow moon helm. Amazing luck by them and gz to onnen lamond(hope i spelled correctly) on this amazing new helm.

Maybe res will get one aswell in a few years

I really fail to understand this selfish behaviour of top clans who rush when an enemy clan is trying to kill a boss they have hundreds of drops from. I understand having to keep your power etc etc but if once in a while the lower clans are prepared and completely ready to get it (which is very rare too), why rush to try and outlock them?

And how entitled you sound about that helm is astonishing. As you said you were killing Gelebron so that noob helm as shadow or godly as it is should not be such a problem to you. If it is you might have issues with sharing with other people.

Moon helm(best dps helm available) only one on their server, his comment was made that the few times the other clan killed the boss they have received better returns than they have after many other mord kills, again it's not about the quantity but the quality of drops. Gelebron can't be rushed so how do you know they weren't just waiting for people to log before mord spawned.

Here on gwydion the competition is very stiff between top clans where any boss is needed to be killed on the spot, thus not allowing lower clans to get a hand in the raid boss cookie jar unless they join 1 of the 2 top clans, we have yet to here a complaint from these lower level clans about bosses because they understand what it takes.

On arawn there's a "top" clan and no one else really comes close. The morality vs producitivity is very staggering and unbalanced. Once I got reported for something, and received a warning, for something I wasn't even online for, and I know for a fact I was not hacked.
I also guarantee you they attempted the reset mordy one way or another

Did you have trouble understanding what I wrote? I said that it really does not matter how good the helm is, they should not be so selfish and feel so entitled to get every single drop when it was mentioned that the other clan only had 4 Mordris kills. The ego has to be lost and other clans should be able to have some fun once in a while without a butthurt forum topic appearing after they slay a boss they actually NEED the loot of.

You went off topic by saying they were entitled to every drop I do not see the op say anything about them deserving that helm but a statement on the pitiful drop rates, as a top clan I would also not let another clan have a boss without making them work for it, if both clans have the dps to compete then why not?

I don't know about you but I read the original post in an ironic tone, which is why it sounds entitled to me.
I wouldn't let another clan have a boss easily either but rushing to try and outlock a clan that was ready is desperate and selfish and I do not understand that behaviour which most top clans seem to have. It is pure hoarding especially on bosses they do not need such as Mordris, and simply taking the fun out for those who barely ever get to kill it. Since they don't seem to mind doing so, I'll say good for the lower clan if for the only few times they got to kill it they got great drops.

THEY ARE PLAYING THE GAME. This is how otm designed it with people can make different clans join the one they choose and depending on how the servers goes high competition or not. He object of the game is to kill these bosses no one ever said they are entitled just asking if their observation is true. That's what competition is you don't want your opponents to win. Hey Tom brady you have a lot of super bowls could you step back for this one bud we haven't gotten on in a while. ( This is what we get from a world raised on participation trophies)

I sounded asyonished by that helm? Yep you bet i am lol...we have literally huntreds of mordy kills on arawn and have a whopping total of 0 moon helms of any tier. 0 dark moon. 0 shadow moon. 0 void moon. But on comps 4th kill they get THE BEST dps helm on the server. Yep astonishing lol. If you can find a better dps helm in the gelebron loot tables let me know and il tell the clan to stop bothering to camp mordy since we wouldnt need it anymore. Till then dont come here with your non dominant clan deserves boss bs.

And loco, do you mind telling me when someone tried resetting mordy? Or who for that matter. You were not there so dont start making accusations that are not true. If comp ever locks mordy we move away. We relog to lose any agro and we try stay away from adds. If you were there you would have seen res members saying to keep away from adds and it was repeatedly said in cc. Your accusation is 100% incorrect.

you make it out like we dont need any if the drops from mordy...lol believe me if we didnt need the drops we wouldnt be camping or bothering to kill it. Casters need hrung skulls. Dps need mordy helms and spears. Casters need mordy braces. Believe it or not we dont get as lucky as unit. We dont get a godly or void drop every kill like them and in actual fact, get vomplete trash most of the time.

I understand your frustration very well and the top clan on my server is/was well known to be very selfish and they sent Lugh into chaos because of it which nearly killed the server (many many people xfered or went inactive). Top clans never admit to their wrong doing, so trying to call them out on it will just result in desperate arguments of people in top clans trying to defend their reasoning which in our eyes is quite pathetic. They also have the mindset of being on top of players in lesser clans, this is true because I've had many good pals leave to the top clan and soon after they acted like superiors to me and everyone else like they forgot where they originally came from.

Question why be bothered by those who wish to surpass others in a game and ultimately surpass themselves? I play this game for the intent on getting better, perks of the game for me are it's social aspect, the best thing I've felt is earning my dg gloves and edl daggers. I used to be a castle camper had 2 148 toons then I made a decision to level and strive for much better gear then I already had. It's human nature to want to compete that's how this game came to be if no one wanted to kill the arch bosses in catacombs where would this game be? Lots of solo players who hardly interact with each other.
