Yes, this is a game. A game that many of us have payed a substantial amount to play and fund. And the servers being down means that I and others are not getting what we payed for. So yeah, there should definitely be a measure of accountability and/or compensation with regards to this.

I don't know why but people that talk like this irritate me. This isn't OTMs fault, so why should they give a compensation gift for something they couldn't control? I'm sure everyone will live without playing CH for a day, go enjoy the sun

Dang long window, is there any possibility OTM can put a fixed time like 10:30 am so we don't have to camp our devices for 8-9 hours? Or are the servers just gunna pop up whenever the hosts fixes everything?

At the moment I cant give a stable ETA.

Why not just schedule for exactly 10am BST even if servers are ready before. Or to be safe, even 12pm BST. You're essentially telling players to keep trying to login between 1am to 10am BST. That's just too much server camping.

Stop saying they couldn't control this. They had every capability of controlling this when it happened month ago. But they didn't do anything and look, it's broken again. So yes, otm is 100% to blame on this. If they would have switched providers when it all happened the first time then sure they can keep giving the excuse of being provider.

But since they want to be cheap. The players have to deal with it. And we have to listen to their same excuses everytime. Just because you scammed in this game and got up from it. Doesn't mean others who have bought plat or even haven't and still are far. They invested a lot of time in it and time is more valuable than money. You can always get more money but never more time. And don't go on, oh it's just a game blah blah ******* because you play the same game all of us do.

So yes, I without a doubt believe there should be a compensation. #10%platback. Because this is downright pathetic, same goes for the none stop lagging on fingal and morrigan. They have all the tools and money to goto a different provider but THEY refuse to. And that's on them.

Maybe they are to busy making content for you to play rather than switching to a better server host. Or maybe they simply don't have the budget to do so because they are such a small company. Has any of that crossed your mind? They are a hard working small band of people making content for a game we have all loved for years and it's sad that needy people fail to realize that.
