I hope everyone knows that regardless of whether or not you have been around since the very first day of CH, or whether you bought plat or not, or whether you spent $1 or $10000 (no commas ftw), OTM has no reason to treat you any different than people who have played the game for 2 days. Does it suck that the servers have been down a full day? Yes. Is it OTM's fault? No. Do they have to do anything to appologize for it? No. Would it be nice if they did? Yes it would, but they wouldn't do it because they owe it to us. Regardless of how you feel about the ToS, the fact is that OTM doesn't owe players anything. Everything they do is because they love the game and the playerbase.
No one here knows the quality of the server company OTM uses, no one knows whether it was because the company is bad, or whether it was a freak accident. Whatever it is, there really isn't any point in complaining about, right? Though some people will complain regardless... yes I mean you who are quoting this
Even if people were in the middle of lixing, they don't really need to be reimbursed. Again, it wasn't OTM's fault, *re-read the second half of the top paragraph*

Slightly back on topic. It would be nice if OTM could give a static time (say 10bst) and if the servers are ready beforehand, keep them down until then. but keep in mind the reverse. What if they aren't done by 10bst? People would be even more upset, because they were told it would be 10bst, and it wasn't. One major thing I have noticed from playing games over the past several years is that no matter what the game companies do, people will be upset with them.
