I had played CH about 7 months ago for my second "binge" and decided I wanted to take a break. Here I am trying to log back in, but have only a certain amount of knowledge as to what my account details were. I can provide a fair amount of information as to what my account password and username is, but I cannot confirm it as I keep getting a "password or username invalid message", and when trying to request my password my two main emails do not function with the usernames (of which closely match my original usernames) I provide.

If it is possible, could a moderator or dev PM me so I can give them the details of my account. Is it possible to search through some database to find what I've been missing? I had a level 70ish archer called Carnifex. It would be nice to not have to grind to get all my items back again I liked to fish and trade a lot! If this is not possible, thank you for at least giving me peace of mind.

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

I still haven't heard back from anyone despite sending multiple requests. Not a thing. Will still hold out for more info though. It can't hurt to keep checking.

I think sending more than one email makes the wait twice as long or something .

Im in the same situation your in just about i took a break for not as long as u did but made the registered email long ago like 2013 2014ish i have. The worst memory. But seems they have their hands full from what i been reading.. Lol same as when i took my break. Its amusing coming back and reading all the dum trash talk ... Somes good somes bad..
