I hope this shows everyone how addicting this game is :O By far my favorite game to the point that it becomes a serious addiction sometimes and takes some restraint to not over play it. I for one hope one thumb mobile never quits there jobs and that they continue to succeed as a company. The game has come a long way and in my opinion keeps getting better and better. Every game has its share of problems I'm sure this will get resolved one day it just takes time. I doubt we'll be talking about this two years from now. Just relax and realize how much u like this game, if you didn't you wouldn't be on the forums reading this ;-)

Man, you guys are a bunch of illiterate, whiny, ignorant little girls. You have no idea the challenges and limitations placed on OTM from within and without.

Can OTM contractually change providers whenever they want? You have no idea.
Does the current provider facilitate a migration path to another provider? You have no idea.
Can OTM afford to switch to a more upscale provider? You have no idea.

Muldar explicitly says that he can't give a reliable ETA for service restoration, and the first words out of your fingers are to ask him for an ETA anyway.

I have spent many hundreds of dollars on CH, now in my sixth year, and you know what OTM owes me for that? The things that I bought. Period. Sure, I need a place to use them, but not 24/7/365. You didn't like the TOS? You shouldn't have accepted it then.
You all need to get the following things, in this order:
* A life
* A clue
* A girlfriend
* A book to read

Well in that sense otm doesnt lose anything that just otm being nice

Muldar said late night at office so just think off all the overtime otm has to pay not to mention possible parts that may have needed replacement so yes otm lost alot

And as you eloquently point out, we all agreed to receiving nothing under accepting the covered tos by dl'ing and playing their software game. A group of us playing on herne ported into ch from another mobile game, Star Wars Uprising, infamously mismanaged by Kabam Corp. into the ground. How does one fail to make money on a CANON Star Wars game??? Right??? Many of us literally lost thousands of in game hours and real life dollars. Like otm, kabam owed us...nothing. Couldn't even file anything against Apple and/or iTunes for the same reason under their tos. What I wouldn't give to be able to return to a day where my biggest gripe was complaining on how shoddy the servers are. At least we have servers and usually they're reliable when they're turned on. I blame rngeeeeezus.

Yes, this is a game. A game that many of us have payed a substantial amount to play and fund. And the servers being down means that I and others are not getting what we payed for. So yeah, there should definitely be a measure of accountability and/or compensation with regards to this.

I don't know why but people that talk like this irritate me. This isn't OTMs fault, so why should they give a compensation gift for something they couldn't control? I'm sure everyone will live without playing CH for a day, go enjoy the sun

I had fun playin with my cats while ive waited! Was a nice short break:) and yea i dont expect to recieve anything from otm! I just hope that they get everything resolved. Its not otms fault at all. Im sure they are as fustrated as us.
