becz of u past update ( auction), I lost the maunt, maunttokens, money and many more things, as I wrote in detail in several letters, you do not read them!!!!!!!!! And they did not return me a mount ,no mount tokens, no money, just a couple of things!!!!!!!! There was NO compensation!!!!!! In the whole civilized world would have solved this qestion long ago, but....... we have an update, what should Iwait now??????? I lose the whole character??????

What we used to do at work when someone needed their Mac repaired or software rebuilt was give a time frame that was way longer than the ETA in order for them to know exactly when they could have their procurement back. Is there no way of you guys giving a prolonged time, rather than asap, so that clans can thoroughly organise their plans? We have folks waking up ridiculous hours so we can get raids done in contestant against the opposing clan and would much prefer a set time so we don't waste our folks sleeping hours. Having to constantly lurk for numerous hours is tiresome and really not needed.

I understand these things happen and I'm not bashing OTM in any way - I'm just asking that they give a specific time so we can organise our day.
