I'm pretty sure the offers usually say something about the fact that it needs to be a first time download. I mean, it's kinda common sense, why would they offer 500+ plat to do something on a game, when you usually get like 45 plat for a similar task on a different app.

none of you understand. i legit installed it freshly. all in one session completed both i have evidence and photos. i showed fyber and they said contact otm.

I also tried this app but Im in the same situation as you I didn't get plat and I'm not sure if I've ever gotten the app in the past but I don't think so. My gf also got the app and got her headquarters to lvl 15 and her offer actually says "completed" on it but instead of getting platenum she got a warning in her mail on Celtic heroes saying that she did fraud or something ? I'll post pics of it

You know the expected waiting time is two days for some of those offers and you waited only five hours for some and a hour for one, so maybe you should wait. But did you play the game (mobile strike, etc, etc) for 15 minutes or until you reach a certain level (level 15 on mobile strike?) I usually play more than 15 minutes or several minutes after reach the certain level just to be sure I get my offer which usually helps me. But it's more effective if you send a support ticket in game or contact Muldar on the forums, you can pm him.

I don't doubt that you installed it from store, but did you download it in the past for another offer? Maybe from another app? (If you had downloaded it in the past, it would have showed the cloud-with-an-arrow-coming-down-from-it image, instead of the word install). If you have never installed the app from your Apple account, even if it was on a different device, then it should have worked.

this is what she got instead of platenum for completing the offer. i on the otherhand have a screen the same as yours that says "vertifying" not (complete) like she did. Its been 3 days since shes completed it and hasnt got any platenum the only thing she got was that email from OTM on that same day

Im a tech guy, always cover the bases first, cause 3/4 of the time it's something basic they overlooked or didn't realize
