Disagree, Celtic Heroes has done a double mob XP weekend in the past and it was great. Boosted activity, but still enough mobs if you group. This was several years ago prior to all the new areas and leveling possibilities. It's not a problem doing something like this once every several years.

Ye several years ago, try that now with bigger server population especially on crowded servers. Theres prob a reason why theyve never done double mob exp again after that last one years ago.

I'm willing to deal with a few disconnections every now and then if it means we get a double mob XP weekend. Many would agree with me I'm sure.

Constant server lag and a "few disconnections" are not the same. Im talking about lag where you literally cant do anything, all your actions will be delayed. The same lag that makes people complain in the forum coz they cant kill a boss (Gele as an example).

Its not just about lag though, i mentioned other reasons on my first post too.

And to be honest, i should be complaining too.. double bounty xp is useless for me and 3 combos are nothing tbh for most players but atleast its not a bossing weekend which requires more endless camping for most players.

Otm gave a little gift to us for waiting and a server reset so there's no point of saying no I want this I want that just take it there's nothing you can do by now

Muldar, is it possible to reset the bounty board for the "double bounty xp"? Cuz I'm pretty sure some people have done the bounties already so I was just curious..

Reasons why not to do double mob exp:

1) Be 'greatful' - Are you smoking some good stuff buddy? Be grateful* for what? Servers that don't work? Treating the customers like morons with some faux bonus exp.

2) The servers can't handle it - is this a joke? This is a paid product? Back in 2007 Runescape, run by Jagex, another British MMO developer had servers that could handle up to 2000 people simultaneously.

Even if they think double experience is it too much, I'd take +75% mob experience over +300% bounty experience...

So wow we get double bounty xp yet there is a limit to how many you can per day without pledges...not everyone has pledges either, if your gunna implement this 10 untradeble pledges should be added otherwise this small gift of appreciation counts as nothing

Psst...there's a limit to how many you can do a day with pledges too.

You guys need to stop complaining so much, you're getting double xp from bounties which is a lot and bounties go faster than dry leveling. Along with this you're getting 3 combos why you people still complain and ask for more is not something I understand.

i am level 227. I have not done bounties for months because i am penalised for leveling. It means i am more of a burden for my clan as it becomes even harder for me to lock bosses. I am certainly not the only person in this predicament. Celtic heroes still the only game ik that penalises their players for progressing. After a day of servers being down and months of issues, this isnt really what was expected. I still have the 5 no trade combos from last give away cause its better to use hero haste and attack lix than super combo lol

Mini event will be amazing, as OTM is not making new bosses with new drops, boosing our membets with old jewrllery can also be great, as those legacy bosses don't spawn as much to gear 30 180+ players in one clan, and is spread thin among servers with more than 1 capeable clan to kill the bosses.

Do like last year, 5hrs spawn Spiders and Osan, or even Skain and Gara

Jagex is a multi million dollar worth company lmao, OTM cant even host their own servers... theres a big difference.

And even Runescape couldnt handle double exp weekends, that s*** was just lagfest so idk what youre on about.
