Sent mail from a toon over to another toon. Mailed 144 items. Made sure all items were sent and deleted the character I sent from. Remade the toon with a different class but same name as the one deleted. Logged into the toon I mailed the items to. Checked to see if everything made it and there was only 107 items and not 144. I logged out and logged back in and now down to 100 items. Very concerned please reply soon. Lost hundreds of lixes and expensive lux and gear in this mail. Please help!!

Please submit an in-game Support Ticket on the character that failed to receive the items with the rough details of the issue and the full names of any missing items.

The Support Team can then look through your item history and restore any missing items.

Sent in game support tickets and emailed support. They were replying but now starting to think they are ignoring me. It's ridiculous how most of the items I sent in the mail made it. but 45 of them disappeared from my inventory?
