I understand the rules, but I'm still against the dicing for profit. The dice were added for rolling on items droped, after a boss fight.

Actually the dice was added for whatever you wanted to use it for.

I used to play wow and they quickly put a foot down on the dicing game due to the increase of scaming and spaming. If it is aloud it should be given its own venue, ie maybe only done in the taven?

I think you should use it for whatever you want it to use it for but shouldn't try to involve all people on the forum etc. 1 topic is enough. And play the game in game. People might wanna dice against you but this is not world poker or something like that. And I feel bad stuff can come from this.

Your reasons for why dicing is good is the reason I don't like it. It's addicting and it's promoting a type of virtual betting - people can lose money as quickly as they gained it and because they're addicted, the wouldn't care.

Umm ya... I'm prety sure "dicing" is considered gambeling and I think it was in terms of service or somewhere says please do not gambeling in the game

It would be a good life lesson for the youngsters to lose all their hard earned money in under 5 minutes... I know this seems harsh but it would be good for them because thats how they will learn to not gamble irl.

This will teach them a lesson about gambling.

For those who already know the risks of it, come play with some money that you set aside..
Set aside 20k and use that to dice with.. Bet 2k at a time or something.. Today I had 16k and now I have 120k ... I made that much in 10 minutes.
It's fun because of the risk...
I hate this chocolate eclair pvp system... You should be able to bet or lose items or something.
This game is so non competitive and friendly it annoys the hell out of me...

If you can find a post where admin describes them being for that then I'll accept this.
But if you can't then you can't say that because you don't know; yes you can reason that that is the reason they put it in the game but you can use them for whatever the heck you want. How do you think new stuff gets invented or made?

You can't guarantee that they will learn a life lesson. People may just get addicted I dicing and say "I like betting now!" and use real money to bet. And if they are addicted, I doubt they will actually learn a lesson.
