More than a week ago i sent an email about my account which i lost. I didn't get any reply so i would like to follow up.
I want to know if they were able to recover it.

#3Found your email from last Sunday, the team aims to reply to all emails within 7 - 14 days.
They may however request further details such as:
• Account Username
• Account Email
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character

#5A small support team will take a while to get through all of the support tickets they receive and depending on your issue it may take longer for them to resolve.Its been more than 2 weeks now and i'm losing patience.
