Celtic Spiritlands
I sent OTM an email of the images and an audio piece which I really hope they can upload because I had troubles doing it to truly make this sound and look great.
Introduction
To be truly lost, none of your five senses must work. Not the gentle breeze of a wind can be felt on the face. Not the call of Gelebron can be heard throughout the land nor the grand civilisation of Farcrag Castle be seen. The smell of the fear from brave men is no more from the mighty Aggragoth and the taste of dirt from hitting the ground has disappeared. For as you know, at this point, you are truly dead. Welcome, to the Celtic Spiritlands.
Every Hero and monster has a purpose, and it is up to you to complete it.
(Sorry, I got carried away and made it fairly long, read the rest if interested but I think this is a magnificent idea. The start is the intro and setting for the new land. PM me any questions and I’ll be more than happy to answer. At the bottom is hopefully the images and an audio piece if they work.)
The Land
The Spiritlands are a mysterious land with only leystones to assist you in getting around. The map is no assistance as well, as it will require you to learn your way around the lands due to the fog keeping the place uncharted territory.
Monsters are of numerous levels and you are restricted to certain areas based on levels. The higher your level, the more of the fog that dissipates.
To enter the land for the first time you must speak to Afala the wise. He is a giant human in a robe with an open book floating in the middle of him. Only he is able to travel to the spiritlands and back, that is, until you speak to him. The level requirement for this area is 1, but needs to be higher to unclock more places.
Upon entering this vast land, fog is all you see. Continue walking for a few moments forward and the world becomes clearer.
You begin your adventure in the ancient Spirit-town of Kodlerine. This worn-down area is full of buildings half destroyed and made out of withering away mud and sticks. No one knows how these buildings got here, but it is now the area where many spirits spend their time. Although the buildings don’t give any shelter as the weather is stopped in time, they bring back memories to the spirits which is why they stay.
Other areas include;
The pit (described later)- massive pit
The ancient castle of spirits (described later)
The Flat lands – almost like a long and wide barren desert except with different weather (fog)
Mountain of the waiters – Travel up the mountain to find many ancient and legendary creatures waiting to be freed. Their stories may assist in quests.
Silent forest of time – A forest full of overgrown trees which have stopped in time. Leaves are still mid-air and the spirits wander around this forest looking for movement. Keep going deeper in and you may find the ancient Bristlecone Pine. It is rumoured that these oldest trees in Dal Riata speak and have much knowledge.
Quests
Spirit Bounties – Some may seek revenge whilst others are still completing their journey and have failed. The Celtic Gods have called and it is up to you to finish their tasks. This bounty consists of killing major bosses based on levels such as Rockbelly, Pyrus and Sreng. Elite bounties consist of bosses such as Mordris, Gelebron and Aggragoth. This quest if completed will be extremely rewarding.
Wise Memories task – The spirit of a wise man still lingers in the spiritlands. There are only tales but it is rumoured that he hears and sees everything. His knowledge is comparable to all life combined in the world of Dal Riata. The wise man seeks desire. Desire of past memories. This is where you must search for the legendary legacy monsters, and in return receive an item of the wise mans choosing. Very hard quest to complete and requires luck.
Spirit Armour – after achieving exalted dragonlord armour, your next quest for the best game armour begins. You will need to kill both ancient and legendary bosses in the spiritlands and use their drops to get these items of great calibre.
Weather
In the spiritlands, time stands still. The weather is neither dull nor bright as the beings there haven’t accomplished their purpose and are waiting. Fog is the main scenery of weather to create mystery around every turn.
Bosses – Enemies – Monsters (intro)
Upon being taken to the spiritlands for the first time, it is said you have been given the spirit aura which gives you the ability to kill and speak to anything in the spiritlands as though you were in the normal world.
The land is vast and mysterious; it carries the past and present of all the Celtic heroes. Due to this, we have the Present, Legend and Ancient monsters/bosses. A present monster is a common creature who has passed from Dal Riata into the spiritlands. These include all creatures which can presently be killed. A Legend creature can be a normal monster or boss but are extremely rare, almost like a legacy. They have never been confirmed and there are only rumours, so it is up to you to prove if they exist or not. An Ancient creature is a normal monster or boss who existed in the past and was extremely strong. The ancient creatures ruled and controlled Dal Riata in the past.
Bosses
I’ll start off with my favourite.
The pit (Ancient Boss)
The roar of a monster echoes throughout the Spiritlands. Through the ancient path which no one dares to enter lurks only a rumour. A rumour which even the spirits don’t speak of. It is said it took an army to take it down and no less then that again. For what is heard through the whispers of the ancients, is the dragons Aggragoth and Mordris. It is said that this roar commands them. For they are only brothers, and what lurks in the pit, is their father, the ancient, mighty Dlanoth. After killing/freeing Dlanoth, he rewards you with drops to the lock group, these consist of quest items used to get the strongest weapons and armour in the game. (This can also be a combined world boss where players from all worlds can go and meet other players) difficulty – Extreme high level and all classes are required.
The Ancient Castle of Spirits
Ancient spirits lurk in the castle which use to be the travel destination for many heroes in the past. It wasn’t until Supreme King Kai Ni-or the King of the castle turned evil after someone gave him the Totem of Control. With this totem in his possession he is able to call upon Legendary Spirits in which you must defeat to be able to damage the totem. Once the totem is destroyed, it is up to you to defeat the Supreme King once and for all. After freeing/killing the King, he rewards you with quest drops to the lock group, the strongest in the game which came from an ancient and blessed path.
Other Bosses
Desire the Fashionista – Desire is a boss who drops fashion items. In the ancient times her fashion was the most desired and sought after in the world. (Talked more in fashion)
The Gods – The Gods consist of many Celtic Hero Gods spawning in numerous areas. They all control different powers such as some may use the sea to assist them in battle, whereas others use love, which heals them in battle for a period of time off the hits of players. These gods are both ancient and legendary and drop items for getting the strongest armour in the game
Fishing
The spiritlands have the rarest fish in the game and require 120+ fishing just to access the area. This area is for chosen fisherman and is a great investing point. It also gives you the opportunity to cook food and craft them into elite restoration pots (no trade).
Vendor
I want you to imagine what would be in the vendor. It will consist of extremely strong end game gear as well as a luxury store which in the same way as the store in the sewers, has a chance of selling an ancient or legendary item. This also applies for weapons and armour which makes it extremely sought after due to rarity, but it comes at a price (expensive).
Fashion
Fashion hits a new high as it reaches new barriers. Many new gear sets are introduced and are only earned from rare bosses. Almost like stores/shops, certain colours or parts e.g. a trimmed body are rarer than a plain body. Bosses are of level x and can be killed by whoever finds it. Thus, making it non-clan dominant. It requires luck of a drop.
Armour
The strongest armour in the game requires, skill, patience and strength. Killing bosses for this armour is no ordinary task and once achieved, it will prove rewarding. The armour is different for all classes and is made through all of the ancient, past and present knowledge combined. It emanates an aura out of the armour respective to the classes and it represents power. Attached is an example of how it could look.
Release
Upon release of this update, Spirit Chests will be in the platinum store. These will exclusively be out for a month and coincide with double platinum to attract people. These chests have a chance to drop a Spiritland Cape which boosts speed by 80% plus. Below is an image of how one may look.

These two images consist of end game druid spiritland armour as a vague idea of what it would look like aswell as the spiritland cape. Again had troubles uploading it so hopefully OTM can do it for me.
Audio Piece
I have made an audio piece to set a scene as I am hopeless at artwork, but have learnt audio. Not sure if it will work but I have sent it to OTM and hopefully they can upload it if it doesn’t.
