Somebody scammed my rarest artict wings. I have spent 8.5 million on it. I request to OTM please check the chat log and track the ip of the scammer :'(

Nothing can be done, if you traded it to him and he didnt give back its your own fault, dont trade items u dont want to risk losing.

That sucks man. Not sure why you feel like giving someone online something so expensive is safe

Just learn from your mistakes and move on, the more you think about it the worse it gets

Yes you guys are right but the scammer used the name of my friend and i was busy in bounty quests so didn't focus on his level just traded my wings, i thought i am trading to my best friend. Dumbest thing ever! :'(
I am feeling so hurt, will leave the game.

Because maybe they don't have the time to add something not important such as a loaning system. Can only imagine how much work would have to be put into a system like that.

How about this, don't hand out or give people your items and you can't be scammed. As simple as that.

Support cannot get involved in any trades between players. Support will not return any gold or items traded between players under any circumstances.

If you provide the details of the incident and relevant character name to [email protected] they will however investigate the account in question.

Thanks for your kind response. I have sent the incident details and also attached a screenshot in which the name of scammer and the name of my friend(clan's gaurdian) clearly shown.
I request to OTM investigation team, Please save us to being victims. I will be highly thankful to Support Team.

This is what going to happen. Support find the scammers lvl 1 char and ban it..
A. It be banned with your wings
B. They just ban a lvl 1 char with no items

One can't get banned for scamming but a simple warning may do the trick. Although it is a level one account so it's probably pointless anyways
