What seems to be the issue?

Its not password after long time yesterday I log out and try to log back in and it keep saying pass or username is wrong then I check my email I had a password changing email the pass and the username was ring but I tried all nigh and today morning it was saying wrong then I ask my clan leader he told me to tell u he said u can help me fix this plz I been playing for long time I work so hard plz help me get my account back plz

PM me the following and I'll see what I can do:

- Username for account -
- Registered email
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

Ok buddy go in game and go to forgot password type in your email and your username it will send u a email with a new password and you should do this ASAP as it could mean someone has gained access to your account! In the event of a compromised account it is always best to change reset your password right away and maybe even change your email pass
