Need iOS account recovered

Hey I sent a answer back to support on June 13 but nobody sent reply back I know my username now just not password hopefully I can get a definite answer by next week when cross platform actually comes out cuase it's been more then a month since I last replied so I'm getting worried that my account is not gonna be retrieved so if anyone can help me plz help me thanks

Please resend your email with the following information and I will flag it for the team:

- Username for account -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

Same thing happend to me i just got back to the game again cause of the crossplatform and when i enter my username and email to change password cause i couldn't remember it said account being disable and i send a email to support this monday and i still got no reply back i really want to play again

If your account has been disabled you will be required to contact our Appeals Team. They can be found at [email protected].

Please include all relevant account information as this will be required to process your appeal.

I have send support 3 emails already about my account being disable and they still no reply to me i send it monday and thursday i really wanna play on my account again
The team aims to reply to all emails within 7 - 14 days, please be aware we do not work weekends.
