I also have an alt who was banned more then three years ago. I emailed them last Monday and haven't heard a response. Ive read that they try and do appeals between 7 and 14 days, but with the staff focused on cross platform it will probably be longer.(THIS IS UNRELATED) I got banned for breaking "terms of service" over three years ago I've emailed appeals@onethumbmobile three times now and still haven't gotten a response. Could you at least tell me if I can get my account back or if I should quit trying thank you.

#128It isn't surprising they are taking a extremely longer time then they say, it will take the time they need nothing can change that. Just has to get better at estimates and with the amount of time they set up for it there shouldn't be any suprisies that make it this long. In the future otm whatever feeling you think it will take make sure you double or triple it and put out that number because that one is usually right.
Also people complain about having to be ready all day, why not be able to sign up for a email list, and when you are about to launch then 10-30 mins before it sends out a email that it will be going up, keep people from having to sit and wait all day plus maybe people won't care as much if your timing is off this way if you really can't figure out by this point how much time it takes.
