I didn't change my username on Android account and can't use my main account with the same username and can't find a way to change the username. Is there a way to solve this issue?

How long is estimated response time on email? I emailed the one provided.

I did change my username and password but the new username doesnt work either. Can this also be solved by sending a mail to [email protected]?

Mudur I am missing my ios account I have my Android account both had the same username and password intil last week in game ask me to change the password then when I see the ios severs working today after the cross platform update I had 2 on epona now gone these characters wer'e all made on the same account could I get a insight on how I can obtain those characters back?

i already emailed.. why cant we have the option to change it on our own.
i kind of belive Support doesnt trust me im myself lol... i hope they do. i got vids to make n bosses to slay xD,
