I am writing on behalf of a clan member who does not speak English well enough to do this himself.

Eighteen days ago, zZDiEGOBRZz on Fingal server accidently dropped his level 4 silver bear battlemount wearing white barding. I had him write to support the same day. He still does not have the bear. I am thinking there is a miscommunication due to his difficulty with English. He does not understand beyond simple sentences.

I am hoping support can find his claim ticket and restore his bear to him. If you need additional information, I will attempt to get that from him. Thank you so much.

I've restored his bear for him now, it will be in his mailbox when he logs in.
