Hey guys I've sent the appeals team a mail to recover my account they've responded with nothing yet, Having to deal with this is very stressful knowing I haven't done anything wrong.

The team aims to reply to all emails within 7 - 14 days.

Hey muldar i being waiting the pass 5'weeks for appeal to email me back but hey havent im trying to recover my account that is disable cause it say trading stuff for real money when i havent played on the account for 1'year and i came back and it say that all my lux and elixirs ans stuff are there i wanna play on the account again plz help me out

Got banned for the same reason also man, I've never traded stuff for real life money it's a complete joke. Appeals need to get their stuff together

Accounts disabled for selling items for real money will be banned permanently .

I never scam someone or gave account information to no one i came back to the game when crossplatform came to play again cause i have android and my account is from iso amd when i try to log in it said account being banned cause trading items for real money when i never trade itemes for real money or sold my account i have my own pass and email on it plus i reach it 108 and left it there for bank i want it back cause I waste plat on it for nothing

Problem is I've never sold anything for real life money, This won't get me anywhere but it is what is , thanks a lot for banning me for no reason though. Excellent customer support (sarcasm).
