OTM support never seems to take to long. Make sure you are polite in your ticket and give as much detail of the situation as you can, and always thank them in advance. Make sure your title of your ticket is to the point and explains what your saying not just something saying "Help".
This is how I usually do my tickets and they seem to work fast enough for me.
