Obviously, I sent all the screenshots and jumped through hoops....That is why I am complaining. When OTM does not demand fair and truthful business practices from their advertisers...you create a perfect recipe for advertisers to engage in deceptive and fraudulent business tactics. They lie, steal, and scam players regularly. Players are told....Sorry we can't help you. It's no wonder your advertisers offer no real follow through or help to players when we are legitimately owed plat.
With all the server and lag problems, I understand plat and advertisers problems are on your short list of issues to deal with. But in my opinion, it shows OTMs integrity...When they are informed and still knowingly allow advertisers to screw over their players. If your company offers a service through your app (like free plat), you should offer some sort of conflict resolution. OTM can demand advertisers explicitly tell players what SPECIFIC screenshots they want BEFORE accept offer wall. (Ex what type screenshot will PROVE each step of offer). Then there is no ambiguity. If it is about income...There is a way for OTM to investigate and pay for employees time. You can withhold advertisers payment , when it is proven advertisers owed a player plat. Eventually, advertisers will realize they must be honest and pay YOUR customers. The complaints will reduce, as will the demand on your time. Basic customer service and follow through is what I am requesting.
