The items in the chests are not a product being sold by OTM, they are the only thing that was in the game in the past. If this was truly a throwback sale then they would be selling chests separately from each event.

Contents of the past products are being sold just in a different format so it is still a throwback sale. Fashion is still a product technically because the only way it could be obtained was with real cash

The old event exclusive chests contained fashion and mounts for an event, not every piece of fashion from every event chest. This is not a throwback sale, this is a new sale with old prizes.

As much as I want old fash, it's hard to argue with OTM sticking to previous statements of exclusivity, if they did indeed make those statements (idk, maybe they were only implied? Too lazy to search.

That said. Maybe give Nuada rev chests and Android servers iOS-only fash, and iOS servers a poke in the eye!

Edit: I searched! Cam anyone show evidence through screened or links of fash being discontinued? I'm sure it's there but I cannot find it.

It was not stated on the fashion. The event chests were limited, meaning the items witching were supposed to be event exclusive, it was seasonal chests and items.

Lol as long as it isn't permanent it technically is still limited edition... and the chests were not going to be out forever so yea I don't think Otm "lied" to anyone

They were tied to a specific event at a specific year. It's limited time but it's also tied to a very specific 3-4 month period.

For those of you that believe these chests can safely be available on the new server, it sounds to me like you're contradicting yourselves. You say these chests were limited so should have never come back. But now you say that you don't mind if the new server gets them because they didn't have a chance to get that stuff since they're (the server) brand new.
That logic doesn't work. I wasn't around when these came out but since I'm on one of the regular servers, it's too bad and I'm just outta luck? Sounds to me like the real reason you don't want them to come back is because you don't want to see others on your server running around with "your" fashion or screwing up the value. If you truly care about these being made available to the new server to give them a chance at old fashion, why can't those of us that just never heard of the game until after these past events also have that chance?

Unless the dictionary or thesaurus has changed recently, throwback and revival neither mean the same nor are they synonyms.

There's a difference between never have been available vs limited and rare. It's the same reason why iOS players are ok with Android getting thr party hat and huntsman mask quests but wouldn't want them on iOS.

I still think just throwing the vintage fashions on thr plat store would be awesome. Then if you want something that's vintage you can have it if you come up with the cash. OTM would make a ton of money. Everyone would be happy.

After looking back I can see nothing that says the chests will be out for a limited time, all I could find was the date and event of which the chests were released. Couldn't find anything on the forums or any old screenshots so Otm never lied... lol
